The SuperInit installs into the system file itself and disables the ability
to turn off FoolProof by holding down the shift key on startup...other
extensions will be turned off, but not FoolProof.
Also the only way to remove the SuperInit is to 'uninstall' it with the
same program on the FoolProof disk.
