** Norton's Unerase function has several methods for looking for erased
files. the default assumes you have FileSaver turned on. If you don't, it
won't find anyting. Try one of the other methods for scanning the disk for
file types. Use the pull down menu for search again.
Also, if the files were erased with Norton's, then they may be
shredded and unrecoverable. Thank Ollie North for that feature.
Also, if the hard drive has been saved to extensively between the
deletion and now, the original files may be overwritten and unrecoverable.
Of course, she can use her backup disks to get her file back, right? **
