Eudora Pro (which I use) does this. I have separate folders for EDTECH,
HYPERCRD, and a couple other lists. You can set up many different filters
with different matching criteria. It's pretty handy.

I believe Claris Emailer does this as well, and I know that GroupWise does
it (although they call their function "Rules" and use filters to mean
something else).
