When to Use Computers in Schools

In my classroom and the school most teachers believe that
computers should only be used for research or to provide the students
with a secondary source of learning.

In my opinion, computers have a place in the High School
classrooms, but if the students do not have access to the computers most
of the time, then the lessons based on computers seem to be a distraction.
Please write me about your ideas.
