Permission to Publish Children's Work on the WWW

When children's work is published on a school's home page it would seem
appropriate to inform parents (indicating that full names will not be used and
names will not be associated with photos) and obtain their permission. We
would greatly appreciate your assistance by providing your forms to aid us in
establishing a policy.
