Dear Paul,
I hope this is what you are looking for. I use JigSawIt in my
classroom. It has a large set of premade puzzles, but I scan in maps,
historical places, events and create them into puzzles. Hope this helps.
It is not an expensive program. I think it is $29. Good luck. Sophia
