Netscape has ftp sites all over the world, so when you go to the netscape
website do download a copy of the browser, it will give you the option to
get it from a server in Europe. So, there won't be as much of a chance of
the download having problems, as might be the case if you downloaded
Netscape from an FTP server in California.
