Second, if you send MS Word documents to Windows users, ensure that the
attachments have a .doc extension. This will enable them to double click
on the name of the attacment in the mail message. This will launch MS
Word. It of course works on the Mac without the extension. It is always
easier and more intuitive on the Mac!
