I have downloaded and put through the paces a program called CyberPatrol,
which in all respects appears to limit internet access as specified by the
holder of the password. Telnet, etc. is also limited. You can download the
demo version, though I don't have the WWW address. Maybe someone else does,
or you can do a LYCOS search for it.

The database of internet sites is continually updated and downloaded to
authorized users.
