I have just joined into the group of EDTECH. I am a university student
and have just started the topic on computer communications. This is the
first time I've ever communicated to other through the computer. I am
currently using the computers at school, whenever it is available.
The work we will this semester will be mostly devoted to computer
communications.
I am writing this to ask if anyone could suggest a reasonable modem for my
computer at home. I have a 486DX-4/100 and currently running on Windows 95.
Since we will be doimg alot of work on computer communications, a modem
at home would be of great help to me because computer room at school is
usually busy or have classes going.
Your suggestions on a resaonable modem would be greatly appreciated.
