Hello. I need some advice regarding the transfer of attachments while using
Eudora mail. There are about fifteen people in the group I work with and
most have Mac laptops and use Eudora for e-mail. A couple do not hav macs
and also two or three have a different mail package and I don't know which
one. The problem comes in when sending attachments which cross platforms
or systems and this often occurs because we do group mailings. When I
receive attachments via the other mailing system or from another platform,
they are uuencoded. I am able to decode and use them. However, some others
in the group do not wish to go through all this (being a techie is not a
high priority). They want it simple and I am to make a presentation to
them on sending attachments in four days. My question, what is the best
way to send attachments in this situation? Also, in Eudora Switches these
options exist --Send Attachments always as Mac Documents and Encode with
Appledouble or Binhex.
