If the file is zipped, you need to get a utility that will unzip it... try
Gzip, or MacZip available on-line. Do a Netscape search or try the archives
at www.shareware.com.

The pdf format is portable document format from Adobe Acrobat. You need to
download the correct Acrobat reader for your machine. Free on-line. Do a
web serach or try the archives.

If you are using Netscape to download, you can either save the downloaded
file to disk and later launch the correct utility or you can go to options,
helpers and configure the helper application to launch within Netscape.
It's often easier to save the file and work on it off line.
