Which laser disk player?

I am seeking recommendations for a multi format player which
handles laser video disk, CD, CDV. It should have a footprint no larger
than 16"x24" and be able to be used with either Mac or Wintel. It should
also handle stereo audio out, preferable with its own speaker system, if
not, with small powered external speakers.
