The best advice I have is to start in the library with the card catalog and
magazine/journal index. Then, once you've got an idea of the scope of your
topic, conduct a computer search. If you have an on-line card catalog the
search is easier. If you really want more stuff than you can handle, try

AskERIC at http://ericr.sunsite.syr.edu

This is an on-line education research clearinghouse of all publications,
books, magazines on your topic. The secret to getting what you want
quickly, is know the termonology of your topic (hence, the visit to the
library).

One text to look at: Classroom Applications of Microcomputers, 2nd ed,
Bullough, Robert V. and Beaty, Lamond F., Macmillan Publishing Co., 1991
Each chapter has it own bibliography. Pick a chapter that comes closest to
your topic and being reviewing the bibliography.
