ISP-TV, the television network of the Internet, is looking for more
affiliates! Anyone with a T1 or greater connection to the Internet is
welcome to join up...there are no fees!

ISP-TV is based on CU-SeeMe (tm) technology (http://CU-SeeMe.cornell.edu/),
a freely-available software package that can turn almost any PC or Mac
on the Internet into a video cybercasting station. ISP-TV "links" multiple
CU-SeeMe "reflectors" to distribute video across the 'net to allow for more
cybcercast viewers.

It's Not Difficult!
------------------

Just download CU-SeeMe reflector software, put it on a Unix machine with a
high-speed connection to the net (T1 or better), configure your reflector
to receive the ISP-TV video feed, and you're now an affiliate of ISP-TV!

Reflector maintenance is very easy and requires little time. The ISP-TV
feeds are only turned on during events, leaving your reflector free for
random videoconferencing at other times.

You get to choose how many viewers can connect to your reflector, so you
can control the bandwidth requirements if needed. Most ISPs shouldn't
have a problem supporting a reasonable number of viewers.
