I have cleaned up a master boot record virus (ANTICMOS A) using McAfee. You
need to boot up using a clean boot floppy. Then run McAfee (scan adl /clean).
The version of McAfee I used didn't have a specific remover for this virus but
used a generic one which worked.
This virus reappears from time to time. I suspect it is on someone's floppy.
