I can also recommend the Internet Starter Kit (Mac) by Adam Engst. It was
a great help in getting me going when by provider didn't have a clue (they
were all DOS/Windows people.) They had the necessary software for their
end but hadn't a clue for the Mac user. Engst has a web site too, but I
don't have the URL here at school.
