We have just purchased an AVerKey3. It has the capability to do 16
million colors and a screen resolution up to 800 x 600 at 70hz. You
can connect a computer monitor to it so you can view the images on
your monitor and the TV simultaneously. It has a zoom feature that
allows you to zoom in about 2x.

We are pretty happy with the quality - we are using it in a biology
class to display cell slide that we download from the internet.

We purchased ours from PCConnection for $299
