Belive it or not it could very well be that after nine years the keys are
starting to stick. I take care of 19 school districts with many, many
apples and this often happens. Just pop the key off the offending letter or
letters and clean the key with isopropyl alcohol. (Unplug it first, of
course!!!) Then let it dry, about two minutes, and that should take care of
the problem.
