Help on Benchmarks

I need advice on any benchmark ratios that you are using, or know of,
regarding numbers of, for example, Technology Coordinators
(Computer Teachers) per classroom teacher, or Workstations
per technical assistant, or Computers per student, etc.
Are there any national or international benchmarks that you are aware of?

This school has 2000 students, and 400-500 computers for admin and
classrooms.

What is a reasonable expectation in terms of technical support(repair
people), Technology Coordinators, Computer Teachers, etc.???
