Computer to TV monitor?

I am looking at different options for using a larger TV screen
instead of a little computer one when I demonstrate to my
faculty, or use a CDROM product with a class. A GOOD color
LCD panel is jut too expensive, and although I did consider the
new Toshiba monitor-quality and computer ready TV, it is pretty
expensive for what I want, too.

Any recommendations for those hookups that you can use with a
PC and a TV? I have started looking, and they seems to cost
from $150-$450... I don't know which is the best brand, etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
