Adult Education: Assistant Professor, tenure-leading, starting August
1996.
Teach professional courses in Adult Education; advise and mentor
graduate students. Conduct, write and publish scholarly research. Provide
service to a variety of constituents and participate in collaborative efforts
within programs in the department; across departments in the college; and
with other education agencies.
Requires a doctorate in adult and continuing education or related field.
Specialty area in Adult Literacy preferred. Evidence of scholarly research
and teaching experience at college or university needed. Qualitative
Research and technology/distance learning background important.
Knowledge and/or experience in one of the following areas encouraged:
Human Resource Development, Occupational Education or Workplace
Learning.
