The last time I worked with BASICA (which was -- heh heh -- QUITE a few
years ago, so this may be out of date), it was a stub that ran IBM's
ROM-RESIDENT version of BASIC. Since nobody (that I know of) has made
machines with BASIC in ROM since the 8086 years (MAYBE 80286), I don't
think you can get there from here.

Good luck though; perhaps someone with more current knowledge can
correct me.
