Pat:

You could present them using a Scatterplot with a fitted curve. Excel for
Windows has some very nice chart templates that you can use, or if you use a
macintosh, you can try StatView 512+ that generate some nice graphs.

However, I could tell you that your sample is quite small and that the
findings might not be generalizable, remember that the minimum acceptable
number of data pairs for a correlational study is 30.
