Converting PCX to JPG

I'm looking for a DOS command line utility that will take a PCX file and
convert it to JPG. I'd like to put a call to this utility in a batch
file that will sweep through a directory of scannings to make the
conversion "painless". I have been using LVIEW to do it but that
requires an operator to be at the controls. Does anyone know of such a
utility and could you please let me know the name and where to find it?

BTW, if you are replying to this post, could you also reply directly to
this message. The provider of my Internet access where I read this list
is currently in a labour dispute and, as a result, I cannot read Edtech.
Chances are, I'm going to be bounced from the listserv as well but will
re-subscribe once service is restored.
