IBM ICLAS Help Needed (after Novell upgrade)

We have upgraded from Novell 2.2 to 3.12 at a Pathfinder (Computer
Managed Learning System) Site. In attempting to access our sortware off
of the ICLAS Main Menu screen we are receiving a "COURSE IS NOT
AVAILABLE" under the guise that the number of workstations using the this
program equals the number of licences available. This happens even
though no programs are running.
When we attempt to open the bindery to modify program install options
we receive "Error accessing bindery for LICENCES property". All other
situations are up and running...We are totally in love our new speed
otherwise
