Telnet

G'day all,
I am having problems trying to establish a connection to university
library catalogues. Netscape gives me a message that it could not find
the application to open the document Netscape Telnet.

What does this mean? Do I have to use some other sort of program to
access library catalogues?

Can anybody help?
