Telewriting/Remote Tutoring

I wonder if you - or anyone you know - might be acquainted with
teleconferencing equipment designed for "document conferencing." I am
referring specifically to equipment which allows you to write on a
pen-based electronic pad; what you write can be seen on both your pad
and simultaneously on a remote pad to which you are connected. Similarly,
any writing done on the remote pad shows up on your pad. If you or the
other party speaks, this is also transmitted.

I am aware of the HP's OmniShare Conferencer and have been told
that AT&T advertised a device called the EO (?), but I am told that BOTH
have been discontinued! I have also read of a company named Optel which
has had (may have?) a similar device using a graphics pad.

My interest is in remote tutoring applications using this sort of
device, and any information you might have regarding people and/or
equipment, or directions I should be checking, would be much appreciated.
