You can retrieve this file if you have something like Norton Utilities
available. The recoverability of the file is subject to the amount of use
of your hard drive since the "incident". If you have printed to an on-disk
print spooler, or if you have saved files to the disk, then your bookmark
file may not be recoverable.

Perhaps some of us could help you with URLs?
