Some time ago I ran across a program called SysErrTableDA (System Errors
Table 3.1 when you open the DA). As the name implies, it is a Mac desk
accessory. The file is a little dated (1991) and I haven't looked to see
if it has been updated. I found it on one of the Mac mirror sites
(probably Info-Mac).
