Brian, I suggest you get a copy of:
The _Report on The Effectiveness of Technology in Schools 1990-1994_ by
the Software Publishers Assoc.; 1730 M Street, N.W.; Washington, DC
20036-4510 (202) 452-1600 or FAX (202) 223-8756.
The study was conducted by the Interactive Education Systems Design
(group) of New York, NY It's based on 133 research reviews and reports on
original research projects. It has exactly the type of info. you're
looking for.
Good luck! Others should send you info. on tech. plans; I've seen
list of sites on that on EdTech.
