It just seems that the system is using 15 megs of RAM. It really isn't, but
it needs to be accounted for somewhere. Your Mac cannot use the extra
memory until you turn on 32 bit addressing. Go to the Control Panel under
the Apple menu and select Memory. Click on the 32 bit addressing. Reboot
and you the Mac will now be able to use the extra memory.
