I buy all my toner supplies from Richard Young Products. They automatically
include a UPS call tag with new orders so that old cartridges can be returned
for recycling. NEC products are listed in their catalogue. Although the 640
model is listed as SuperScript (they do have others which are Silentwriters).
I suggest calling them at 1 (800) 284-2840.
