The real question should be up front: What do you want to do with the
machine and then purchase the one best for that purpose. Example: I've
learned to use both but I miss the multi-tasking win95 allows me on a dos
machine, but a Mac is better for some of the video things that only really
exist for that machine.

I continue to hope that emotion doesn't get too much into decisions when it
comes to what is best for the kids in school.
