InterPoll is pretty limited in what it can do, and I haven't seen an update
for it in forever. It may or may not be compatible with OpenTransport.

The ultimate tool for basically all things networky seems to be the Network
General Sniffer. It can get just about any kind of data you want and solve
a lot of problems for you. Unfortunately, it isn't cheap.

There are many software products that can measure network traffic. I would
suggest picking up a copy of the Macintosh Product Guide and checking out
the features of each and selecting one one that looks best for your
application and budget.
