What it means is that while you were receiving data, a portion of the
connection between your computer and the host of the page you were
accessing, failed for long enough to cause a dropped connection to that
site. Although the Internet is self-routing and reliable, at a given moment,
at a given point, a host of small things can clog the arteries...
