2. Distribution of software, has saved many hours of work by speeding up
the install and distribution process.
3. District wide information. You can set up your own web server to serve
just the district, putting calendars, directories, etc..on it.
4. It will facilitate file transfers between staff.
5. Centralization of files using a server, better back-ups of records.
