Defrost problems

I downloaded Netscape Defrost a few days ago and have encountered a problem
I had not had before. This afternoon, my screen froze when trying to
access Netscape. I could move the pointer to restart my machine but could
not see it when it moved across the Launcher or any other window.
Restarting the machine solved my problem. What may have caused the problem
was that I had quit Netscape for Eudora and while I was in Eudora my modem
disconnected. I reconnected it and sent my mail before quitting Eudora and
trying to start Netscape. Although I had had problems with Netscape
freezing when I had switched back and forth between these programs in the
past, this was the first time that I had been able to move the mouse to
restart the machine and not had to force quit. I had also gotten a Type 1
error on Netscape even though I have 16 megabytes of RAM and am running
virtual memory.
Also one of my friends had problems using keyboard commands while Netscape
Defrost was enabled. She could do the commands from the menu bar but using
the keystroke caused her machine to lock up. She is using a Mac 5200,
Disabling Defrost corrected this problem.
Has anyone else encountered problems with this extension that we need to
know about?
