Telnet printing help request, please

Hello all,
I have no trouble printing from Telnet on my Mac but my Windows
3.1 and Windows95 machines will not print. I think it has to do with what
version of Telnet you are using? Could someone please give me advice on
what version to use, or whatever else I need to know to be able to use the
built-in print command in telnet and not the print screen command.
Also, we subscribe to databases that require a password. How can
I automate the logon process with WindowsNT?
