Our school district is looking for a good transportation program, if one
exists, that will make assigning and maintaining bus stops and routes
easier. We are primarily a Macintosh platform on both the administrative
side and instructional side. All of our administrative needs are covered
by MacSchool ( we are in our second year with it and are very pleased
with it) but transportation in the program is weak, if not nonexistent.
Right now, I have exported all of our information via ASCII into a
Clarisworks database so our secreatries can put the information in and
run reports using filters and sorts. Is there a better way? We would
like to know what other districts are using for their transportation
needs. Thanks in advance.
