There's an easier way. If you cannot get microsoft plus, go to
http://www.msn.com and download the internet explorer. There are shareware
versions of it, but one comes with Win95. Use that instead of the web
browser with netscape. Go to the http address I gave you and download the
upgrades all the way up to beta versions. Set up will prompt you for the
very things you are asking for. Follow the wizards and you won't have a bit
of trouble. There are accessories which after upgrading, internet explorer
links to that will enable even better control. Check it out.
