Win 95 and Netscape Bookmarks

I would like to make a change in Netscape so that when the
computer or Netscape is started the original Bookmark file is the one
that is there. In other words, Bookmarks added by student users on
this stand alone computer (using Win 95) would not be saved after the
computer was turned off.
I would make up the original Bookmark file and add to it as
needed.
Windows 95 is new to me. Would this be done via a batch file
or a change to autoexec.bat?
