Qualifations include: A MA degree in Instructional Design or related
field is necessary, a Doctoral Degree is preferred; three years of
experience in designing instruction, using advanced technology in the
field, for education or training settings is necessary; previous teaching
or training experience is necessary; and experience with school and
non-school based instructional materials and technology is necessary.
