I don't know if this will help, but Dr. Donna Hoffman at the Owens Graduate
Schoolof Management at Vanderbilt University does quite a bit of what
you're talking about. At least I think she does. If she doesn't, I'm sure
she would know someone who does. The URL for one of her projects is
