The clue is NT Server (version 4+) which can restrict the desktop
of all its clients to exactly what you want. NT Server (4+) can
also clone workstations, which is wonderful when you must have them
all alike or restore or update them easily.

NT Server is not trivial to manage, however. It is a deep OS with
mature and powerful features. While it's far easier to manage than
it's big brother, VMS, it's still a professional OS. I dearly hope
your employer appreciates your efforts. If they don't, visit a few
corporate sites sometime and look at the $ they pay for NT wizards.
