Check out Corel's "Web Designer" ($97) is come with 7500 internet graphics
ready to publish out on the web. Corel also makes a product called
"Office Companion" that comes with 15,000 graphics ($25).
If you know MS Word or WordPerfect this program is great!
I saw the note regarding COREL Gallery! It is a good choice for using
clipart and true, it is inexpensive. The problem is that this clipart
cannot be altered. COREL 6.0 comes with 25,000 pieces of clipart in
.CMX format and can be altered. This, albeit more expensive, would be
a better route if you plan to manipulate the pictures.
