Internet Connections

We have a high school with T1 service over Frame Relay to an Internet
Provider (IP). We would like to install a CISCO 2511 Router with eight
modem ports for dial-up access from 5 feeder schools. The modem speed
will be 28.8. I think this configuration is called Cascade. Has anyone
used this configuration or one very similar and could share the pros and
cons of this solution for Internet access. Obviously we would have
preferred to go with T1 lines to all our schools, but budget
restrictions have caused us to come up with this alternate plan.
