Book about Claris Works

I recently took a Claris Works workshop. One of the participants in the
workshop had the neatest book. It was a spiral bound book entitled Claris
4.0, I think the cover was royal blue. I believe the author's last name
was Lynch and the publisher was Computer Literacy Press.

I tried to find the book at Barnes and Noble but they had no listing for
it. The owner of the book said that she got the book at the Tech Confernce
in Minnesota in June. Are any of you familiar with the book? I would love
to purchase it, if I can find it!
