Check out the Eudora documentation. There is a description in there about
how to set up for multiple users. In short, it involves either setting up
separate preference folders for each user or issuing each user a diskette
with his/her preferences files. It's pretty easy, we use the diskette
method and we make the students supply the diskette. If they forget to
bring it, they have to buy or beg another one, or they just have to wait
until they remember to bring it.
