Eudora on the Mac is designed to accomodate any number of users
from one machine. There are a couple approaches, but we find the
best approach is to put (and then configure) the Eudra Settings
file on an individual's floppy disk. The user then just pops the
floppy into the Macintosh, double-clicks on the floppy's Settings
icon and Eudora uses the floppy to contain their EMail. It's a
nifty setup because the user need not use the same Macintosh each
time. In our case, users can check their EMail on any Mac on campus.

To make life a little easier, I suggest that you download the complete
documentation. It's about 122 pages long. The section on sharing Eudora
is only one page. Since this question comes up often, and people seem to
have trouble finding the docs, I'd be glad to put them up on my anonymous
ftp server. Just let me know.
